Shipping Policy

We understand how important timely, accurate delivery is for your business, especially when it comes to restaurant equipment parts. Our shipping policy is designed to set clear expectations, support your operations and keep you competitive.

Below, you will find details about our shipping options and how we handle rush orders that require immediate attention.

Shipping within Canada:

  • Free shipping: Orders totalling $100 CAD or more (before applicable taxes) qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada.
  • Flat‑rate shipping: For orders under $100 CAD, a flat shipping rate of $30.00 applies and will be shown at checkout.
  • Shipping carriers: We ship using a variety of trusted carriers, including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS and Purol ator. If you have a preferred carrier, please include this in the order notes; additional costs may apply.
  • Order processing times: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
  • Potential shipping delays: While we strive for timely delivery of your restaurant equipment parts, unforeseen delays may occur. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and provide updates on your order status.

Rush Orders:

For rush orders or expedited shipping requests, please contact us directly at sales@gotparts.ca or (647) 795‑0492. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and provide the fastest possible shipping solutions.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup during regular business hours, from 9:00 to 17:00, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. At checkout, select “Local pickup” and you will receive a notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions and hours.

International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer wholesale orders outside of Canada.
